This project aims to give them the tools and confidence to take their rightful place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the project does<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Train.<\/strong> The sessions focus on community leadership, public speaking, group organization, and social entrepreneurship. They are held on-site, in small groups, based on real-life situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Practice.<\/strong> Each participant implements what has been learned: facilitating a meeting, leading a neighborhood initiative, or launching or coordinating a collective activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Support.<\/strong> After the training, the team returns to the field to monitor initiatives and support those taking on responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we aim for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Women who speak up and participate in their community decisions.<\/li>\n\n<li>Young people who drive social and economic initiatives.<\/li>\n\n<li>Better organized and better represented groups.<\/li>\n\n<li>A new generation of community leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learn.
