Once processed, preserved, and packaged, it gains value, lasts longer, and opens up new market opportunities. Processing is often the step that turns a production into a true business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Learn.<\/strong> Training sessions focus on local product processing, hygiene, preservation techniques, conditioning, and packaging. They are held in workshops, using the products that the beneficiaries will then sell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Act.<\/strong> In Beni, participants have launched very concrete activities: making passion fruit juice, producing flour for children's porridge, popcorn, and chips. When necessary, appropriate equipment is provided: freezers to store juices, manual machines to grind peanuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Succeed.<\/strong> Calculating cost prices, product presentation, and searching for sales outlets go hand in hand with production, ensuring that every product finds its market at a price that compensates for the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who this program is for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For women and young people who are already producing, or who want to add value to the harvests of their group, and for those who wish to launch a small home-based processing activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fewer post-harvest losses, thanks to preservation.<\/li>\n\n<li>Products that sell for more than the raw material.<\/li>\n\n<li>New economic activities launched with little capital.<\/li>\n\n<li>Local products present in the markets of Beni and Lubero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inua D\u00e9veloppement helped me get a freezer and have a place where I can store my passion fruit juices.
