However, training without follow-up is quickly forgotten. What makes the difference is our presence on the ground after the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Learn.<\/strong> The sessions are held where the beneficiaries live and work, in small groups and based on real-life cases: female leadership and public speaking, financial education (savings, income management, credit, reinvestment), business management, and social entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Act.<\/strong> Each training session leads to immediate practical application: a business plan, an initial budget, speaking at a community meeting, or the creation or facilitation of a savings group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Succeed.<\/strong> After the session, our team returns to the site to check what has been applied, resolve obstacles, and support participants who are taking on responsibilities within their group or neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who this program is for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To women and young people selected as part of our projects, as well as to heads of groups and cooperatives. Trainings are linked to funded projects; community awareness sessions are open to all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technical and management skills that are directly used in their activity.<\/li>\n\n<li>Better control of money: savings, expenses, and reinvestment.<\/li>\n\n<li>Women and young people who speak up and take on responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n<li>A new generation of community leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learn to manage.
