We organize practical, on-site training sessions with follow-up after the session.

Why this area of work

Training is the gateway to all our programs: learning allows for the acquisition of skills, and acting allows for their transformation into concrete initiatives. However, training without follow-up is quickly forgotten. What makes the difference is our presence on the ground after the session.

Our approach

Learn. The sessions are held where the beneficiaries live and work, in small groups and based on real-life cases: female leadership and public speaking, financial education (savings, income management, credit, reinvestment), business management, and social entrepreneurship.

Act. Each training session leads to immediate practical application: a business plan, an initial budget, speaking at a community meeting, or the creation or facilitation of a savings group.

Succeed. After the session, our team returns to the site to check what has been applied, resolve obstacles, and support participants who are taking on responsibilities within their group or neighborhood.

Who this program is for

To women and young people selected as part of our projects, as well as to heads of groups and cooperatives. Trainings are linked to funded projects; community awareness sessions are open to all.
